First and foremost, the most important product we offer is ourselves. It’s what all our customers trust without question. Whether it’s our commitment to consistent quality, our care and craft, the flexible ways we go above and beyond or simply our friendly personality, when a customer chooses us for the first time, they usually continue to choose us every time.
How to order
Our ovens never go cold, except for a few days over the Christmas and the New Year period when we close to ensure our team takes time to relax with their families.

Both are a guide to what we can make, so if you have any specific requests or suggestions, just ask. We are open every day and everything is made to order, so to allow sufficient time to bake, pack and deliver across London and Hertfordshire.
Our deadline for ordering for next day delivery is midday the previous day.

Buns & Baps
Our deliciously fresh buns & baps are available in 7 different sizes and types including Brioche Burger Bun, Brioche Bun with Onions, English Chequered Bun, English Muffin, Panini and Spelt Bap just to name a few.
Bored of Brioche Burger Buns? Try our new roasted potato and dill buns. Potato keeps these buns lovely and soft without the need of fat. Topping with potato flakes not only looks great but adds texture and flavour.
Hot Dog Rolls
We can make any dough into finger rolls in various sizes. They can be baked either on our baguette trays or flat trays where they are joined together. These are our egg glazed Brioche Hot Dog Rolls.
We’ve had some extra long bread tins specially made. These can be laterally sliced for our customers who want to make finger sandwiches for afternoon tea with the least wastage.
We use malted wheat flour from expert flour millers FWP Matthew’s in the Cotswolds. We believe their flour makes the most delicious malted wheat bread.
Wholemeal *Award Winner*
Our award winning wholemeal is made from the entire grain of wheat. Wholemeal is more nutritious than white and is a good source of calcium, iron, fibre and other minerals.
Based on a typical Scandinavian Rye loaf, this loaf is dense yet moist and is best sliced thinly. Ideal for serving with seafood, cold cuts, cheese or simply spread with a good quality butter.
Although it’s packed with seeds this bread remains light with a deliciously nutty flavour. The popularity of this loaf has grown into one of our best sellers.
The white tin or bloomer is still Britain’s favourite. We make sure our white tins and bloomers are made traditionally and our recipe is not about cutting costs or rushing through production, it’s about the flavour!
We source the very best flour from France to ensure we achieve the most authentic results every time. Our baguettes are delicious with a thin, crispy, golden crust and a creamy, open textured crumb.
Until recently, Spelt was a long forgotten, ancient variety of wheat with a slightly nutty flavour. Spelt can be easier to digest than wheat and has been used as a wheat substitute for people with wheat allergies.
Many of the cakes that we produce are done so on a bespoke basis so our cake range is constantly developing and changing. If you don’t see what you are looking for, don’t despair, just ask.

We bake a range of cookies in 2 sizes. Choose from chocolate fudge, chocolate chip, honey, oat & raisin and Anzac biscuits.
Summer Berry Tart
Our sweet, shortcrust Pastry tart is filled with frangipane (a cake mix made with ground almonds), then topped with mixed seasonal berries and baked.

Our scones are available plain or with sultanas.
These should be rich, fudgey, chocolately, dense and a little gooey. Just how we like to make them.
A British favourite. Our shortcrust Pastry tart is spread with a generous layer of raspberry jam, filled with frangipane and topped with a sprinkling of flaked almonds and a dusting of icing sugar.
Ancient Loaf *Best Seller*
The earthy flavour, simple shape and deliberately dark crust all add to the rustic charm of this loaf.
Authentic ciabatta has a crispy crust, light open texture and includes plenty of extra virgin olive oil.
We use special techniques and a wild starter to leaven this loaf. The end result is a moist, flavoursome, crusty wholemeal loaf which makes an amazing centrepiece for any dining table.

We’re always looking for ways to improve what we do. We’ve combined our most popular dough with our best selling flavoured breads. Choose from Ancient with Walnut, with Caraway, with Onion or Walnut & Date.
This Italian flatbread can be topped with any combination of flavours. We can provide a variety of flavours and find rosemary & sea salt is the most commonly requested.
Mixed Olive Rustic
Green Halkidiki and purple Kalamata olives along with mixed herbs are generously added to our Rustic dough. This is divine!
Our bakers ritually feed our wild starter every day to keep the cultivated wild yeast and bacteria alive and healthy. They have been doing this for over 17 years now. Makes amazing cheese toasties.
