Café and shop

  • Do you have gluten free options?

    As a bakery, we do not currently offer any GF products. However, in the café we always keep two GF dishes on the menu and can modify most things to suit the most common allergies.

  • Can you accommodate large groups?

    We do not take reservations. However, we do have a long bench table which can seat 8-10 people. Please bear in mind we operate on a first come first served basis so it may not always be possible to sit together straight away.

  • Is there disabled access?

    Generally, all access is via the front door of the café. However, for wheelchair users we have another access route which any member of staff can help with. If you are visiting on your own and need a hand please call us on 01923 831057 and we will make sure we are available to assist.

  • Do you take reservations?

    We do not take reservations. On arrival you may need to queue for a table but we turn tables pretty quickly. Even in our busiest times you shouldn’t need to wait more than ten minutes for the next table.

  • Do you have any vegan options? 

    As you can imagine, we use a lot of butter and eggs at Flourish. But, we can accommodate most dietary requirements. Please let a member of staff know on arrival and the chefs will do everything they can to help.

  • Is there any parking nearby? 

    We have 20 customer spaces. Sometimes that still isn’t enough but we strongly advise you not to park in any of the surrounding businesses spaces as parking tickets are frequently issued in the area. There is further parking on Greycaine Road if needed.

  • Can I bring my dog with me?

    Unfortunately not. As the café is attached to our production bakery we have to follow strict guidelines in order to ensure a safe product for both our retail and wholesale customers.

  • Do you offer takeaway?

    Yes we do! All of our products can be purchased to take away.

  • Can I pre-order products?

    Of course. Please just come into the café to place an order. Most products can be ordered with 24 hours notice before midday. However, our sourdough products require 48 hours before midday.

  • Can you cater our office lunch?

    Yes! Please email retail@flourishbakery.com and request a catering menu.

Wholesale

  • How do I set up a customer account with Flourish?

    To set up an account please contact the wholesale department on 01923 630588 or by email to bakers@flourishbakery.com with all of your details. We can then discus the products and daily the amounts that you would be interested in, arrange some samples. Then all being well we would then send you a credit account application form. Just to let you know that once we have received all the completed documents back it does usually take between 7-10 working day to open a new account. 


  • Do you deliver? 

    At the moment we carry out deliveries for our wholesale customers in and around London and Hertfordshire. We deliver 7 days per week. Deliveries take place overnight between the hours of 2am and 9am. A minimum order of £25 is required.

  • What is the deadline for next day delivery?

    Most of our products can be ordered before noon for next day delivery but some of our products take so long to make, we require an extra days' notice to produce them for you. These products are listed on the Long Fermentation section of our website.


  • Do you offer any Gluten Free products?

    Unfortunately due to the amount of wheat in our bakery we currently do not have a facility to produce anything that could claim to be 100% Gluten Free.
