Viennoisserie is the word given to describe our whole range of Viennese and Danish pastries, the most famous of
these being the croissant. Although the croissant has always been associated with France, one story claims the
croissant actually originates from Budapest. According to legend, a group of Viennese bakers were responsible
for preventing a Turkish invasion and to celebrate began producing pastries in the shape of the Islamic crescent
moon.
Wherever the croissant originates from we are proud of our award winning Viennoisserie range, which you can find on the breakfast menus of many of
London's most prestigious hotels. Made with the finest French butter and flour by our skilled craftsmen.
