Made with a variety of wild starters, our breads are simple yet fantastic. Flour, salt, yeast and water are all that is needed but by simply changing the percentages and fermentation process you can get dramatic variations. For all our breads we use the best quality ingredients available.

You may wish to make these breads even more interesting by adding other ingredients. Dried fruit and nuts, herbs, spices, vegetables, cheeses, practically anything can be added to dough. We love creating new breads and encourage our clients to give feedback, ideas and put challenges to us.
