Paul trained as a graphic designer and has a natural flair for creativity. "I see bread making as art which
affects all the senses. Even the sound of the crust cracking as a loaf is taken out of the oven is like music to
the ears of a passionate baker". Edmund has worked alongside London's finest chefs for the past 25 years. With
his wealth of knowledge and experience he has built up a solid reputation as the no nonsense baker who can
deliver each and every time. With over 15 years of food business management experience, Helen has a proven track
record in troubleshooting as well as setting up successful gourmet food stores. As a qualified chef herself,
she understands the needs and pressures of today's chefs and managers.
